You must not share your credentials with any third party. si6xs will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security. si6xs reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline any account registration request without providing reasons. The acceptance of a registration application does not constitute a guarantee of ongoing account access.
The Platform is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may access and use the Platform solely for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms. Commercial exploitation of any part of the Platform without written authorisation from si6xs is strictly prohibited.
You are responsible for ensuring that your device and internet connection are adequate to access the Platform. si6xs makes no guarantee of uninterrupted service availability. Planned and emergency maintenance may temporarily affect access. We have designed the Platform to be mobile-first and optimised for use on smartphones across Pakistan, including on 4G networks commonly used in cities such as Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar.
Where PKR (Pakistani Rupee) is supported as a transaction currency, all amounts displayed in that currency are subject to the operator's applicable exchange rates and cashier conditions. Users should always verify the current supported currencies in the live cashier before initiating transactions.

Pakistan cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, football and other sports markets are governed by the standard rules of those sports alongside market-specific settlement rules published within the Platform. Where outcomes are disputed or where official results are not published within the settlement window, si6xs reserves the right to delay or void settlement pending official confirmation.
Casino and live dealer games are governed by individual game rules provided within each game interface. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published as theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, si6xs, its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Platform.
si6xs does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors or that any specific game outcomes, returns or winnings will be achieved. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
